We accept Visa, and MasterCard, online or by phone. Credit card accounts are authorized at the time of placing your order and are billed when we pack your order for shipment. For best service, please include a daytime telephone number in case there are questions pertaining to your order.

Q3. Bay Area Delivery / Pick up Warehouse

To pick up your items, please put a coupon code "PICKUP", it will remove the shipping charges and your items will be ready within 2 - 3 business days. We also offer Curb Side Delivery service on all bay area customer for a flat rate of $100.

Shipping charges will be calculated at check out. All items will come in boxes with little assembly required.

Q5. Delivery

We strive to make the delivery of your order as quick and easy as possible. We ship primarily through FedEx Ground / Freight company. All furniture will comes in box with little assembly required. We ship to the 48 contiguous states. We regret it cannot be shipped to APO/FPO, Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico at this time. Currently we do not ship to International locations.

Q6. Order Turnaround Time

Standard shipping orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. Monday through Friday. Standard ground shipments will take 1-6 business days to arrive depending on which state you ship to. When your order ships you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number and direct link you can use to track your order.

Q7. Canceling your order

If you need to make a change to your order or cancel it please call Customer Service at 1-866-237-1368 as soon as possible because we process orders very quickly. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request.

Q8. Backorders

Backorders, although rare, occasionally do happen. However, rest-assured, back ordered items are shipped as soon as possible. Charges for the back ordered items will not be processed until shipment. You will be notified via email when items are shipped and be provided with a tracking number.

Q9. How to return an item to The Garden Teak

Your 100% satisfaction is our goal. We offer 30-Day Money Back Guarantee if you are not happy with any purchase. We will refund you the price of the unopened product(s) upon receiving the item(s) minus delivery fee. Items must be received in a resalable condition. Weathered teak furniture is not returnable. Damaged items will be replaced with an identical product. Items received as a gift (paid for by someone other than yourself) can be exchanged or returned for a store credit. Please contact our Customer Service department within 30 days of receiving your order to let us know you will be making a return before sending anything back to us. Please contact us via email at contactus@thegardenteak.com. We'll give you a Return Authorization Number. Write this number on the outside of your shipping box. Please send your return package via FedEx ground / freight. Insurance protects you in case the items are damaged or lost in transit. Carefully package the items in the original shipping box or any suitable shipping carton using plenty of padding material to protect the product(s) and include a copy of your invoice. IMPORTANT: Make sure the items are well protected and packaged similar to the way you received them. Whenever possible, use the same packaging that was used to ship the items to you. Please allow up to 14 days for us to receive and process your refund. We will contact you via email to inform you that the refund has been issued

If you wish to exchange product(s) please note that return and replacement shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Return shipping is a service paid to a shipping courier so they will transport your authorized return to The Garden Teak. Replacement shipping is a service paid to a shipping courier so they will transport the replacement item to you.

Q11. Our Warranty

We are proud to offer a full 5-year warranty on all our teak furniture to the original owner to be free from defects in material and construction of normal residential and commercial use. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from improper maintenance, misuse negligence, severe weather occurrences, unauthorized repaired and normal wear and tear including hair crack.

Q12. Submit a claim for damaged item

Please contact us via email at contactus@thegardenteak.com and include a picture of damaged item with explanation. We will contact you back within 48 hours. We will review the damaed item and will either 1) send a replacement parts 2) fix product at our warehouse 3) replace product
